If you are a qualified support worker or have at least five years’ hands-on experience in disability, special needs or allied health services, we would love to hear from you!
Kazz & Co Support Workers play a pivotal role in the individual care plan of each person we support, ensuring continual positive outcomes. Our support workers also oversee and encourage successful transition through recovery and positive personal growth following mental health challenges or personal trauma.
Our primary focus is, first and foremost, the wellbeing of every person we support. Every Kazz & Co team member is genuinely compassionate, acknowledges individual circumstances, rises to every occasion and works with the person they support to achieve goals and meet their practical needs. Kazz & Co is a registered NDIS Provider.
Your role will be challenging and full of variety. On any given day you might assist with a range of needs from advocacy, shopping, transport, administration or financial matters, personal care and companionship, through to support in an educational setting, leisure activities or exercise classes.
What we expect:
- Flexibility to give each person we support the time and the care they need
- Punctuality and honesty
- Empathy and understanding
- Providing non-judgemental support and care
We offer:
- Appropriate reward for your time and effort
- Care for you – for caring for others
- Flexible working arrangements
- Ongoing support and professional development
